Nice helmet

Helmet is big like most, which I don't like. I wish they would make them a little thinner, because it makes you look like a bobblehead. The tinted visor is nice, but does not go all the way down so there's a good sized gap where your face is still exposed to the sun. It fogs up a lot when fully stopped. Vents fine when riding. Very quiet, comfortable, and lightweight. The windshield can lock in the open position, which is a nice feature. Overall, a good quality helmet. You get what you pay for.

Good helmet for the right price.

I have recently been looking for a helmet at the time and could not find a decent one for the right price. I looked at several helmets some where really good but very pricey and I needed something in the right price at the right time. I finally decided to stay with the HJC IS-16 helmet because of its features. The double visor with the UV Protection works great for the protection my face from the sun as well as being able to keep the shield up while I'm driving if I want to get a better breeze. The fit is good because I am between sizes. The only downfall is that I wish it had more air flow but then again I probably would have gone for the HJC RPS-10. I have been riding with it for a couple of months and I am satisfied with the helmet.
